Forrest Owen Viles was born on February 5, 1918 in Parma, Idaho to Cecil & Minnie Plager Viles. He died at a Portland hospital on November 23, 2011 at the age of 93. Forrest moved to Ontario, Oregon where he was educated to the Read Obituary
