Frances "Mrs. Hamilton" was my piano teacher for many years. I have a lot of good memories of her, and the stories she told about her kids I especially remember one about her son flying in the war and a certain song would come on coincidentally during gunfire--Classical Gas, I think. Frances was a special and beautiful woman who brought much joy to others. Even though we did not know her long, we have fond memories of our times together. She was a real blessing and encouragement to my father. I can still see the smiles on their faces as they looked at one another especially on their wedding day. They were good for each other after having lost their previous mates.

FRANCES WHAT A LADY,,,,TOUGHT ME FUN CARD GAMES, LAUGHED ABOUT SILLY THINGS TOGETHER, WHEN THINGS WERE IN AN UPSETTING MANNER-SHE WOULD SAY " OH ! HUSH YOUR FUSS" WHICH I STILL USE THIS PHRASE TO THIS DAY. WHAT A BOOK READER! SHE ALWAYS TOLD OF HER 3 CHILDREN AND I FELT AS THOUGH I KNEW THEM . SHE SHARED STORIES ABOT THEM AND TOLD OF HER 1 ST HUSBAND. SHE ALWAYS HAD A WOODEN BLOCK -THAT HUSBAND BILL0 MADE THAT YOU HAD TO LOOK AT IT A CERTAIN WAY AND IT WAS THE NAME-JESUS--BEAUTIFUL-AND SHE GAVE ME SOME JEWELRY THAT I WILL ALWAYS CHERISH.
