Hans Roderick Knuth JR's Obituary
Hans Roderick Knuth, Jr was born August 29, 1947 and called home May 15, 2026 at 78 years old.
Hans served in the United States Army; he was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Hans was employed by Portland Auto Wrecking for over 20 years before starting his own towing company, West Coast Towing. A true car guy at heart, he loved Automobiles, Auctions, and of course, Fishing. The only thing Hans had more of than fishing rods was cars. He loved sharing stories and laughter with those around him. Hans was known for his strength, kindness, and unforgettable spirit.
Hans was truly one of a kind - a gentle bear- to those who knew him best. He was a loving man who cared deeply for his people. Hans was like a father to some of his closest family, especially to Josh, his nephew, the son he never had.
Hans is survived by his Life Partner, Diane, his daughters, grandchildren, and soon-to-be great-grandson. Hans will be missed by his sisters, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, plus great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know and love him.
