Jessica L. Elder's Obituary
Jessica L. Elder was born on April 6, 1992 in Portland, Oregon to Robert & Elizabeth Daley Elder.
She died in a motorcycle accident in Hillsboro, OR. on July 23, 2009 at the age of 17.
Jessica was to start her senior year at St. Helens High School where she was very active in volleyball, swimming, dance and track & field teams. Member of the National Honor Society. Previously she was a member of the St. Helen's Sea Lion Swim Team, Junior Soccer League and Columbia River Gymnastics Club. She was previously an Alter girl at St. Frederic Catholic Church.
Survivors include: Parents: Robert & Elizabeth Elder of Warren; Sister: Ashlee Elder of Warren; 1/2 sister: Danielle Elder Allmand of Spokane, WA.; 1/2 brother: Robert Elder, Jr. of Vancouver, WA.; Niece: Kylee Neveau; aunts, uncles, cousins from the US and Canada; preceded in death by: both sets of grandparents: 1/2 sister: Venus Elder; Uncle: Paul Carlsen; Cousin: Meaghan O'Dell.
Celebration of Life: Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 1:00 PM at St. Helens High Auditorium.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions would be appreicated and made to the SHHS Volleyball and Swim Teams.
