Lewis Charles Castro's Obituary
Lewis Charles Castro of Columbia City died Sept. 8, 2015. He was 86.
Mr. Castro was born June 28, 1929, in Chicago, Illinois to Daniel Castro and Helen Kowalewski Castro.
On June 13, 1953, he married Betty Lewis.
He was employed as a truck driver for Freightliner.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Castro of Columbia City; daughters, Cindy Castro of Portland and Lorinda Castro of Tigard; son-in-law, Robert Rispler; grandchildren, Bobby, Danny, Kelly, Corey and Matthew; brother, Dan Castro; and sister, Ann Castro Irwin. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jackie Castro Rispler; and half-sister, Josie Spaetta.
There will be a Celebration of his life held Saturday Oct. 10, 2015 from 2-4 p.m., at the St. Helens Senior Center.
