Lois Anderson's Obituary
A Funeral Service will be held, 2:30 PM, Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Columbia Funeral Home in St. Helens, Oregon. Mrs. Anderson passed away at her daughter's home in Milwaukie, Oregon on Friday, September 3rd. She was 92 years of age.
Lois was born February 20, 1918 in Springfield, Oregon to Edward A. and Jessie M. Starr Fegles. She was the 4th of six children and graduated from Eugene High School. She moved to St. Helens after she married Harvard R. Anderson in May 25, 1941 at Eugene, Oregon. Harvard preceded her in death this year, May 11, 2010. She moved to Columbia City in 1945 and has been a resident of the area until nine years ago when she moved to Milwaukie to be with family members. Lois was a Legal Assistant for Williamson Attorneys and was a member of Sunset Park Church of God in St. Helens.
Lois is survived by her children, Denice Karstetter and her husband Arthur of Milwaukie, Oregon, Walden Anderson of Scappoose, grandson Jeff B. Anderson of Columbia City, great granddaughter; Morgan I. Anderson of St. Helens and sister Esther N. Barrell of Eugene, Oregon
