Phil was a good Buddy in High School at Edison Tech, Rochester NY. We shared virtually all our classes together Tech was an all boys school and we prided ourselves on having good football teams. Phil and I were teammates and shared the agony of defeat as well as many victories. After HS, we both went to R.I.T. and continued our friendship. At lunch breaks, a friendly game of euchre was the usual way to waste time. I lost contact with Phil after graduation. He somehow found his way to Oregon while Ive stayed in NYS. Rest in peace, Phil

So sorry to hear of the passing of Phil. He was a great customer of mine at the bank that I worked at in NW Portland .Always enjoyed visiting with him and finding out what was going on in his life. I will miss him. Sincerely, Ray Hammer

We were saddened to hear of the death of Phil. Our families met each other in Hawaii where we spent many happy hours at the beach. We were at Julie Ann's christening and Peggy was godmother to our son Stephen. We kept in touch for many years often getting together in Rochester, West Springfield, and Portland.
