Just discovered this memory by chance, but so sorry for the loss of this loved one. I am a long time friend of his Mother, Lois. Circumstances has caused me to loose contact, but Lois I am so sorry and do think of you so much and will keep you all in my prayers. I remember our short visit with Steven and his family and you when we made our trip there so long ago. Would love to hear from you. I am on facebook.
Death of a loved one is never easy. May you find an abundance of comfort in your family, friends and especially the future blessings found in God's word. He has promised to swallow up death forever and reunite us with all who fall asleep in death. (Isaiah 25:8, John 5:28,29) As a God of love who cannot lie we can certainly trust all he says to come true. (1 John 4:8 & Titus 1:2) It is my hope that these words and the fond memories of your loved one sustain you through this most difficult time.

It was a blessing to know Steve, he loved people and was an excellent caregiver and loved the clients he helped. All that knew him loved him. My heart goes out to Eileen and the whole family. Know that "God is with you"
